First there are nominations. Then the nominees will be listed so people can vote.
How does this work? Are there nominations, then votes; or are the nominations votes?
I nominated a blog and got this back:

Voting for the categories will begin Feb. 9 at Noon EST and Continue through Feb. 15 at Noon EST.
I’ve found out that in each category the top 5 nominations are voted on. Chances are not very good for any but well-known blogs.
