Are people really this dumb?!

I saw this in the family restroom at my doctor’s office. Not being a woman, I can only guess that it might be tempting to flush something as small as a sanitary napkin.

But a diaper? A diaper?!

Not even newborn size diapers would be flushable in a toilet with even the most generous hole, let alone the tiny-holed toilet in that restroom.

Just how stupid are people?!
